Refund Policy

For all Hunting Packages

 All bookings are subject to our pheasant procurement schedule. Due to non-refundable commitments made for bird orders, the following policy applies:

​

• Cancellations on or before August 1st: Full refund of deposit/booking fee (less a $50 administrative fees).

• Cancellations after August 1st: The client is responsible for 50% of the total booking cost.

• Exception: If a replacement client is secured for your specific date(s), the 50% penalty will be waived, and a refund will be issued (minus a $50 processing fees).
